Real Madrid president has not been interested in bringing Harry Kane
Real Madrid president Florentino Perez admitted he has not been interested in bringing Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur. That’s because Perez is still satisfied with the appearance of Karim Benzema.
Real Madrid’s interest in Kane has strengthened in recent weeks. Not without reason, England striker is the Premier League’s top scorer in the last two seasons.
According to Spanish media, Real Madrid officials have met the owner of Tottenham. The Lilywhites reportedly membanderol Kane with a price of 250 million euros (Rp 3.98 trillion).
However, Perez dismisses the news. Perez revealed, the desire to recruit Kane at all does not cross his brain.
“Bringing Kane does not cross my mind at all, he’s a great player and young, and Kane has time to grow,” Perez told Cadena Cope.
“I do not ask Tottenham President Daniel Levy if he asks Kane for a price of 250 million euros,” he continued.
When joining Real Madrid, Harry Kane will follow Gareth Bale and Luka Modric. Both players have crossed from Tottenham Hotspur to Real Madrid.
